Polymer-sand tileWe offer you a new type of roofing material – polymer-sand tile, which holds much promise as a roofing material and has shown itself on industrial and civic buildings. Polymer-sand tile is produced according to state-of-the-art technology of ultrahigh-reinforced thermoplastics and sand by pressing method.

One person without roofer skills can make installation of polymer-sand tile. Having comparatively light weight, 1 m2 doesn’t exceed 20 kg, our tile doesn’t require reinforcement of roof frame and metal covering.
Roof timbers are used 5 Х 150 mm with spacing 800 mm, lathing – 50 X 40 mm with spacing 345 mm. This frame of roof is analogue to metal tile one. In our case it is not necessary to buy self-tapping screws with seals since tile is not corrodible. Galvanized self-tapping screws are used and at the same time polymer-sand tile doesn’t break during tightening so it is possible to use electric tool.
During installation of odd-shaped roofing waste of tile make up the minimum percent as tile can be cut with hacksaw or angle grinder and at the same time it doesn’t crumble and break.
Our polymer-sand tile complies with Ukraine National Standard requirements and has a certificate of compliance. All products pass quality control including test for breaking load resistance, water absorption, frost resistance, watertightness. .
